Happy Halloween!

I love fall! I love the changing trees and all the beautiful red and burnt orange colors! Since it was such a beautiful Kentucky fall day we decided to go pumpkin hunting and take pictures of our adventure!
We found this darling little farm that was selling pumpkins! They offered tractor rides that took you to a corn maze as well! They had these funny little chickens that I loved and had to take a picture of! It was so fun!
I'm not a big fan of Halloween but I love pumpkin hunting and carving! Poor Nadya was so tired but we had to make her first pumpkin hunt a fun one!

Meeting Grandparents

We just returned from our trip to Idaho. We went to Idaho to bless Nadya and so Nadya could meet her grandparents and aunt's and uncle's for the first time. It was so sweet to see her with her grandparents, to see the love that they had for her.

The blessing was beautiful! Nadya did cry a little during, thank goodness she has such cute sweet little cry's. I had to laugh, I tried to rock her to sleep before Rhett blessed her but she wouldn't fall asleep. As soon as the blessing was over I took her out in the hall so it could be quite for the sacrament and she feel asleep in literally 2 min. She likes to do things in her own time.

Visits are never ever long enough. {Although I will admit I was looking forward to coming home, I was exhausted!} Nadya was a great little traveler. She slept both flights on the way to Idaho, and was awake and only cried twice on the flights back home. Poor Rhett was our pack mule in the airports, we didn't want to check anything cause of our layovers so he got to carry most of the bags. I owe him a massage I think..

So here are a few pictures I took from our trip. Unfortunately because I was so tired I forgot to take my camera to most places so the pictures I wanted to try to get didn't get taken :S

I some how got Nadya to smile and laugh today!
Up until today the only time she would smile was while she was asleep. I just happened to capture it on camera and thought i would share it! I love these smiles!

This is how Daddy soothes the upset tummy and helps her to falls asleep!
